Role Description
This role is designated for our Singapore branch collaborating with NUS.
This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore with some remote work options, is for a Business Development Manager specializing in prospecting and sales pitching. The individual will be responsible for identifying ICP, building relationships with industry stakeholders, facilitating partnerships across global markets, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects. The role requires a proactive and methodical approach to networking and collaboration to drive business growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, partnership building, and referral management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the Retail, Hospitality, Enterprise, Automotive, Cosmetic, or Electronic industry
- Proficiency in outreach strategies and using CRM tools to manage prospects
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural communication is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to analyze target markets and identify high-value opportunities
