If you’ve worked in retail at a senior level and still have strong relationships- you can play a key role in shaping and scaling the future of store operations.

What We’re Building:

STOREE.AI is an AI-driven platform built for store teams. It sets daily goals, tracks performance, simplifies communication, and helps manage operations at scale- better than any district manager ever could. But technology alone doesn’t open doors. People do.

That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Retail (or a few) to help us start real conversations with retailers who trust you.

What You’ll Do (In Phases):

Step 1 - Connect

Open the first doors. Introduce STOREE to decision-makers or operators you know in multi-store retail organizations. You’ll have full support from our team to make those intros smooth and credible.

Step 2 - Advise

Work with our product and sales team to shape the narrative and sharpen the solution to real-world problems you’ve lived.

Step 3 - Expand

(Optional) Help us build out affiliate teams or become a longer-term strategic partner.

Ideal Background:

• You’ve held roles like Regional Manager, Head of Stores, VP of Retail, or similar.
• You have active relationships in retail - from store ops to C-suite.
• You want to stay involved in the industry, but not in a full-time grind.
• You're energized by innovation and real-world impact.

Compensation & Flexibility:

• Hourly advisory work or a revenue share.
