Role Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to help scale SoWell: driving greater brand awareness, supporting expansion into new retail partners, and turning our vision into impactful marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll work directly with our co-founders, brand strategist, and extended marketing team—including creative, email, social, PR and performance marketing partners—to shape and execute integrated plans that drive growth, deepen community engagement, and elevate SoWell as the leading brand in GLP-1 support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and execute integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retail expansion—aligned to business and growth goals.

· Partner with the President and brand strategist to develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps and key brand moments.

· Collaborate closely with the co-founders and brand leads to support product development: providing consumer insights, competitive analysis, and positioning recommendations to help shape new products that meet market needs.

· Own the marketing workstream of the product development cycle, including launch strategy, messaging, creative briefing, asset development, and go-to-market planning.

· Manage and optimize existing marketing assets and channels—including website, email, and paid media leads—to maximize engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.

· Work closely with the head of social and social agencies to translate brand campaigns, launches, and content pillars into the social content calendar and storytelling.

· Initiate and manage strategic brand partnerships—with complementary brands, media partners, influencers, and industry trade shows/conferences—to expand awareness and credibility.

· Track and analyze performance metrics (brand awareness, traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) and consumer insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.

· Monitor competitive landscape and category trends in GLP-1 support, supplements, and consumer wellness to keep SoWell ahead and inform product and marketing strategy.

· Support new retail channel launches by developing tailored marketing strategies and in-store/online activations to drive sell-through.

· Monitor performance data and consumer insights, turning them into actionable strategies and optimizations.

· Track the competitive landscape and emerging trends in GLP-1 support, supplements, and consumer wellness to keep SoWell ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8+ years in brand, integrated, or growth marketing—ideally in wellness, consumer health/beauty, supplements, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience building and executing marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of bringing campaigns from idea to execution on time and within budget.
  • Ability to translate clinical and scientific information into consumer-friendly, relatable storytelling.
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable working closely with founders, senior leadership, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
  • Experience managing partnerships (brands, media, trade events) is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience
  • Location: Remote — must be accessible to the NYC area
  • Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
