Pockyt is a payments infrastructure company that gives merchants a single platform to accept payments from anywhere (Pay-ins), send money globally (Payouts), and manage funds through Global Virtual Accounts. The Role

We're looking for a PM who owns the full product craft loop — discovery, spec, and design. You'll shape how merchants experience Pockyt: from their first onboarding step through ongoing account management and compliance workflows.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already developed strong design instincts and is excited to use AI tools to build products. You won't just write requirements — you'll prototype the experience, define the interaction patterns, and work directly with engineers to ship. What You'll Do • Own product and design for the merchant-facing experience — from their first onboarding step through ongoing account management and compliance workflows. • Write clear, detailed product specs using AI tools (Claude etc) and build prototype in Figma that are ready for engineering without extensive back-and-forth • Collaborate with compliance, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders to ship features that balance regulatory rigor with great UX • Translate complex compliance and KYC requirements into plain-language, merchant-friendly flows • Define metrics and track outcomes that connect product decisions to merchant activation and retention • Use AI to accelerate your work — from generating edge cases and user flows to building and maintaining design system components

What We're Looking For • 2-4 years of experience in product management, or a recent graduate with no prior work experience — we care far more about craft, curiosity, and AI fluency than years on a resume • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — able to break down complex regulatory requirements into clear product specifications • Branding sensibility — you understand visual identity, typography, and how brand translates across a product; experience contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh is a strong plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • A proactive, curious mindset — you enjoy figuring out how things work and finding ways to make them better • Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, etc.) to write specs, prototype or generate design assets

Bonus Points • Exposure to cross-border payments, digital wallets, or merchant acquiring, or • Familiarity with RegTech tools or compliance automation platforms • Exposure to a brand refresh or rebrand — even in a supporting capacity, such as applying a new visual identity across product surfaces or design assets • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
