About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of Pockyt’s core payment products and help lead them from concept to launch—and beyond. You’ll be working closely with engineering, compliance, sales, and operations to deliver solutions that make cross-border transactions faster, easier, and more profitable for our merchants. You’ll be deep in the details—crafting product requirements, optimizing flows, gathering merchant feedback, and collaborating with our partners to unlock new capabilities in global payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and ideation to development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate merchant needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications.
• Work with compliance to ensure all products meet global KYC/KYB, AML, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with business development and operations to bring new pay-in, pay-out, and FX capabilities to market.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements and fix pain points.
• Stay ahead of market trends in payments, fintech, and emerging markets to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years in product management, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, or BaaS.

Required Skills

• Strong business and technical acumen—you can talk API endpoints with engineers and ROI with execs.
• Resourceful, data-driven, and execution-focused. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
