Now we’re looking for a Customer Success Analyst to help us deliver world-class service and outcomes to our partners.

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Customer Success Analyst to join our growing team. This role is the voice of our customers internally, ensuring that every account is successful, supported, and set up to scale. As a CSA at Pockyt, you’ll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, working closely with clients across onboarding, launch, optimization, and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation in partnership with compliance, product, and operations
  • Monitor merchant performance (volume trends, issues, red flags) and provide proactive support
  • Drive product adoption and uncover new use cases across our solutions: payouts, FX, wallets, and more
  • Manage support escalations, SLAs, and troubleshooting with internal teams
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering based on client needs and usage patterns
  • Deliver QBRs and reporting to clients, reinforcing value and growth opportunities

Qualifications

2–6 years in a client-facing role: customer success, account management, or partner success

Required Skills

Experience working with fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies

Strong communicator who can build relationships across technical and business stakeholders

Process-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Curious, customer-obsessed, and energized by helping clients succeed

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting global payouts, digital wallets, or FX products

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, JIRA, or analytics dashboards

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Past experience managing enterprise accounts
