About the Role - We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing team. This person will play a critical role in analyzing revenue, managing financial operations, building forecasting models, and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will work cross-functionally with the finance, sales, operations, and executive teams to ensure our financial health is understood and optimized.

Responsibilities -

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, gross profit, and expenses
• Analyze merchant-level performance (TPV, margins, costs, FX, etc.)
• Track KPIs and generate actionable dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and investor reporting
• Help evaluate pricing strategies, unit economics, and cost structures
• Automate Excel/Sheets-based workflows for reconciliation, commissions, and payouts
• Identify risks and opportunities across the business and present findings to executives
• Partner with product and operations to optimize financial efficiency

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, fintech, accounting or consulting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills (PowerQuery, Lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working across large datasets
• Experience in or exposure to payments, remittances, FX, or high-growth tech a plus
• Clear communicator with ability to present data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and can handle ambiguity

Preferred Skills

• SQL or Python skills for advanced data analysis
• Experience working with cross-border payments
• Exposure to investor reporting, fundraising support, or unit economic analysis
