Senior Product Manager – Pockyt Web2.5 Wallet

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our upcoming Pockyt Web2.5 Wallet, built on our robust alternative payments infrastructure, which already serves over 2,000 merchants and 1 million users. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of payments by combining the capabilities of Web2 and Web3 technologies, enabling seamless and interoperable transactions across borders.

In this role, you will drive enhancements to the merchant experience, contribute to Pockyt’s mission of simplifying global commerce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, intuitive products. Your work will be instrumental in reinforcing Pockyt’s position as the market leader in alternative payments and expanding our footprint in the global payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the Roadmap: Contribute to and help shape the product roadmap for the Pockyt Web2.5 Wallet, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term vision.
• Leverage Proven Infrastructure: Build on Pockyt’s established alternative payments platform to deliver an enhanced wallet experience for merchants and end-users.
• Enhance Merchant Experience: Lead initiatives to improve merchant tools’ usability and functionality, driving increased engagement and satisfaction.
• Innovate and Execute: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation by applying your expertise in payments, fintech, and wallets to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of impactful products.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep Pockyt at the forefront of innovation by monitoring and applying insights from trends in digital wallets, alternative payments, and Web3 technologies.
• Customer-Centric Design: Engage directly with merchants and end-users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize features that create meaningful impact.
• Drive Success Through Data: Define success metrics, analyze performance, and leverage data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on payments, fintech, or digital wallets.
• Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Expertise in Web2 and Web3 technologies, including their intersection and potential to drive innovation.
• Experience working with merchants or B2B SaaS products, particularly in the payments sector.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for Pockyt’s mission and a desire to create meaningful impact in global commerce.
