Role Description The Compliance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for supporting regulatory and financial compliance across OrthoFX operations. This position includes monitoring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant legal requirements, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks and documentation. The Compliance Analyst will review processes and transactions, perform risk-based checks, and support internal audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Daily activities involve analyzing data and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as finance, operations, and legal), and preparing clear, accurate compliance summaries and presentations for management. The role also contributes to training and awareness initiatives, helping team members understand and adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance skills, with knowledge of relevant healthcare, medical device, or financial regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to business processes.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving using spreadsheets or compliance tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, document procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including understanding of financial controls, transaction review, and compliance implications for financial operations.
- Candidates should possess Auditing skills, with experience supporting internal or external audits, conducting control testing, and tracking remediation activities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, law, or a related field are beneficial; professional certifications in compliance or auditing (e.g., CCEP, CIA) are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity, ability to work on-site in Kochi, and familiarity with compliance or ERP systems are highly beneficial.
