About The Role

As a Deployment Strategist / Customer Success Lead at Nectar Social, you'll be the bridge between our customers and product teams, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our AI commerce platform. This multi-faceted role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution - you'll own customer relationships while directly influencing our product roadmap through deep customer insights.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

  • Leading end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff to successful deployment
  • Developing and executing success plans that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Partnering with engineering to scope and deliver customer-specific solutions
  • Creating scalable playbooks for customer onboarding and engagement
  • Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs before they become issues
  • Building frameworks to measure and improve customer success metrics
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing strategic roles
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to understand complex business challenges and architect solutions
  • Customer obsession: Track record of driving exceptional customer outcomes
  • Execution excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Communication: Outstanding ability to build relationships at all levels

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience as a social media manager or strategist
  • Background working directly with brands on social strategy
  • Experience as a founder or early employee at a startup
  • Technical understanding of AI/ML technologies
  • Experience in social commerce, creator economy, or enterprise SaaS
  • Track record of exceptional academic or professional achievement
