About The Role

As a Staff Product Engineer at Nectar Social, you'll architect and build end-to-end features that power our AI commerce platform. You'll drive technical decisions and implementation across the stack, working closely with our product and AI teams to create sophisticated systems that enable intelligent commerce experiences.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Leading complex technical initiatives from architecture to implementation
• Building scalable backend services and APIs that power our core platform features
• Developing responsive, real-time frontends that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Making critical architectural decisions that enable rapid product iteration
• Setting technical direction and mentoring engineers across multiple projects
• Working closely with product and AI teams to ship impactful features
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development with focus on complex product systems
• Technical leadership: Track record of driving architectural decisions and engineering excellence
• End-to-end ownership: Experience building full-stack features from database to UI
• Product acumen: Strong product instincts and ability to balance technical trade-offs
• Execution excellence: Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
