The Role: Account Executive

We're seeking a high-impact Account Executive who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to shape the future of AI CX & Social Commerce. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that meet enterprise needs.

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Generation 📈

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Prospect and close deals with mid-market and enterprise brands
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies to maximize customer value and platform adoption

Strategic Partnership Development 🤝

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful implementations
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap

Sales Process Innovation

  • Help define and refine our sales playbook for the social commerce space
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling value propositions and materials
  • Contribute to product positioning and competitive intelligence gathering

What You Bring 🎯

  • 3+ years of proven success as an Account Executive, consistently exceeding quotas
  • Experience closing $100k+ deals, preferably in an early-stage environment
  • Strong track record of building pipeline from scratch
  • Excellence in consultative selling and solution positioning
  • Bonus: Experience in social media, e-commerce, MarTech, or AI software sales
