We’re hiring a highly accountable VP of Freight & Logistics to own the end-to-end execution of our global supply chain. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring every unit is forecast, produced, and delivered on time, in full across global retail partners.

• Reporting and accountability

What you need

• 6–10+ years in operations / supply chain / demand planning (beauty, FMCG, retail)
• Experience managing large retail accounts and global supply chains
• Commercially minded — understand revenue impact
• Proactive, detail-driven, and highly accountable
• Global management often means working around the clock with global vendors
• USA Based.
• Exceptional experience required.
