Naked Sundays is seeking a commercially driven Senior Performance Marketing Director to lead and execute global paid media and digital revenue performance across DTC and retail support channels.

This role responsible is for scaling profitable revenue through performance marketing, while maintaining disciplined CAC, MER and contribution margin targets.

You will own paid acquisition strategy across Australia, the US and emerging markets, ensuring marketing investment directly supports revenue growth, inventory timing and retail expansion.

The Role

You will lead:

• Global paid media strategy and execution

• Blended MER, CAC and contribution margin targets

• Full-funnel performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google

• Digital support for retail sell-through

• Creative testing frameworks and optimisation velocity

• Conversion rate optimisation and funnel performance

This role is accountable for profitable digital revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Own performance marketing budgets and pacing

• Optimise toward blended MER rather than platform-level ROAS

• Scale new markets with disciplined testing frameworks

Paid Media Leadership

• Lead and implement full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google

• Drive structured creative testing (UGC, hooks, formats, offers)

• Identify scaling opportunities and eliminate underperforming spend quickly

• Monitor performance trends and proactively adjust strategy

CRO & Funnel Optimisation

• Oversee landing page testing and conversion optimisation

• Improve AOV and LTV through data-led initiatives

• Strengthen retention and remarketing performance

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years experience in performance marketing

• Proven experience scaling a beauty, skincare or high-growth DTC brand

• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok at scale

• Experience managing $5M+ annual paid budgets

• Strong commercial acumen — understands P&L, margin and cashflow timing

• Highly analytical and data-driven

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments
