Commercial Operations & Product Lead

Role Overview

We are a fast-growing Global Beauty Brand looking for an experienced lead in Commercial Ops & New Product Development to support the effective execution of product initiatives, go to market planning & development, & commercial operations across the business. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and head of ops & product, to ensure activities & retail Rollouts are planned, coordinated, and delivered efficiently, with a focus on operational & retail discipline & execution.

Key Responsibilities are to Support the execution of new product and commercial initiatives from planning through to launch; Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams; Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support commercial and operational alignment.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in operations, commercial operations, or project management within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Commercial awareness and experience working with budgets and forecasts

• Clear communicator with a collaborative and structured working style

• Beauty or fashion experience a must
