We’re seeking a passionate, experience Brand & Product Manager. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand strategy, product development, marketing, and retail, working closely with R&D, creative, and commercial teams to bring world-first SPF innovations to life. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and analytical, obsessed with beauty trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Translate brand pillars into powerful messaging, product positioning, and launch narratives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for all product launches, collaborating with creative, digital, and PR to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Support development of campaign briefs, social content pillars, influencer strategies, and retail messaging.
  • Champion brand consistency across product, packaging, website, and marketing materials.
Commercial & Category Growth
  • Support category performance analysis and partner with the commercial team on pricing, forecasting, and sell-through strategies.
  • Track product lifecycle performance and make data-driven recommendations on assortment, discontinuations, and innovation roadmap.
  • Collaborate with retail partners on launch plans, exclusives, and merchandising opportunities.
Product Development & Innovation
  • Own the end-to-end product development process — from concept ideation to launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to identify white space opportunities and guide innovation.
  • Partner with Ops & Supply Chain on timelines, COGs, packaging, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Manage product testing, claims, and documentation in collaboration with regulatory and compliance teams.
About You
  • 4+ years experience in product management, brand management, or marketing in beauty, skincare, or consumer products.
  • Deep understanding of the beauty landscape
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for brand storytelling.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, creative, and commercial teams.
  • Passionate about beauty innovation, and building category-defining brands.
