Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our online store, affiliate program, and customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This role is central to driving traffic, increasing conversions, nurturing customer loyalty, and maximising revenue across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities1. Website & E-Commerce Management- Own the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, speed, and user experience.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximise sales.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to update site visuals, copy, and landing pages.
- Analyse site analytics and conversion funnels to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive incremental traffic and revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
- Monitor affiliate performance, optimise campaigns, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present monthly affiliate performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage and optimise the CRM system to segment audiences, personalise messaging, and automate campaigns.
- Develop retention strategies, including loyalty programs, email marketing, SMS, and targeted offers.
- Analyse customer data to improve lifecycle marketing and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with proven website management skills.
- Experience with affiliate marketing networks and influencer programs.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
