Director of Operations and Logistics:
We are seeking a Head of Operations to optimize and oversee our 3PL partnerships and refurbishment processes across multiple warehouse locations. This role will focus on improving throughput, managing external vendors, and driving cost efficiencies in the refurbishment process. As we plan for future expansion to the West Coast, the Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, ensuring goals are met, and continuously improving processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with 3PL warehouses, inventory management, and cost optimization, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stations while ensuring the efficient refurbishment and resale of items. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is scrappy, and can wear multiple hats.

This is a full-time, exempt position, with typical work hours of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Travel to NJ and ATL is required, with weekly travel to NJ in the first quarter and monthly travel to ATL.

Leadership and Management:
- Oversee and optimize the refurbishment process across different stations within 3PL warehouses located in NJ and ATL
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring cost optimization, efficiency, and alignment with the company’s sustainability goals
- Regularly assess operational needs and develop strategies for warehouse and vendor efficiency improvements
- Set measurable goals for throughput, station capacity, and unit production in line with business objectives
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement of the refurbishment process
- Drive capacity planning to manage inventory, units in process, and refurbishment timelines
- Develop and implement optimization strategies for both staffing and technical tools across the 3PL network
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and drive solutions to ensure timely delivery of refurbished goods
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operational strategies with business goals and ensure scalability
- Lead operational initiatives for West Coast expansion, including building new vendor relationships and evaluating new warehouse locations
- Continuously evaluate operational tools and resources, recommending improvements or new investments to drive efficiency
- Stay in tune with industry trends, ensuring Revive remains at the forefront of inventory optimization and sustainable practices
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or vendor management, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong experience working with 3PL warehouses and optimizing refurbishment processes
- Demonstrated success in managing external vendors and achieving cost and process efficiencies
- Ability to travel to NJ (weekly) and ATL (monthly)
- Scrappy and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience with managing returns and refurbishment of items
- Knowledge of operational planning, warehouse throughput, and inventory management
- Experience working at both startups and larger companies, balancing scrappiness with scalability
- Background in logistics or operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with sustainability practices within the fashion or retail sectors
