Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by an Operations Manager at (Re)vive. Is not intended to include all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and internal team at Revive warehouse location(s)
  • Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned staff
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving functions
  • Create and update operational SOP’s
  • Performs other related duties as required
  • Hires and trains new employees
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
  • Vendor Management to ensure optimal throughput and client satisfaction
  • Set up process improvement methods to increase margins and overall productivity
  • Forecast and plan capacity for internal reporting and in order to support 3rd party vendor operations
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports
  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations
  • Collaborates with other support departments, including human resources and finance, to ensure adequate staffing for successful production operations

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a related field; preference placed on previous role(s) managing a physical warehouse location
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Extensive knowledge of operations and production management
  • Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Bi-lingual: ability to read, write, and understand both English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, reach, and kneel
  • Must be able to access and navigate the production facility
  • Physical ability to lift and move 50lbs
  • Specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus

  • Ability to think outside of the box to come up with solutions
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
  • Ability to be a team player and share ideas
