Clear Health is a US-based telehealth platform focused on providing accessible, personalized dermatology care. We specialize in evidence-based acne treatments delivered through a seamless online experience, connecting patients with licensed providers, lab testing, and prescription delivery in one place.

We’re looking for a healthcare-focused Copywriter who understands how to communicate complex medical topics in a clear, compliant, and compelling way.

Role Overview

As a Copywriter at Clear Health, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-performing content across multiple channels—from SEO blogs to paid ads and video scripts. You’ll translate clinical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content that builds trust and drives conversions.

This is a contract, hybrid role, primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration in Makati.

Key Responsibilities

Content & SEO Writing

• Write SEO-optimized blog articles focused on acne, skincare, and prescription treatments
• Simplify complex medical topics into clear, reader-friendly content (5th–6th grade readability)
• Conduct keyword research and structure content for organic growth
  

Ad Copy & Performance Marketing

• Develop high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, and other paid channels
• Write multiple variations of hooks, headlines, and primary text for testing
• Align messaging with compliance guidelines (FDA/FTC-safe language)

Scriptwriting (UGC & Video Ads)

• Create short-form video scripts for TikTok, Reels, and paid social
• Develop angles targeting different customer personas (e.g., persistent acne, Accutane concerns)
• Collaborate with creators and marketing team on execution

Email Marketing

• Write email campaigns and lifecycle flows (welcome, promo, retention)
• Balance educational and conversion-driven messaging
• Maintain consistent tone aligned with healthcare compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Copywriter in healthcare, telehealth, skincare, or pharma
• Strong portfolio in SEO blog writing + ad copy + scripts
• Understanding of medical compliance (avoiding exaggerated claims, using cautious language)
• Experience writing for performance marketing (Meta/Google ads)
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) is a plus
• Ability to adapt tone: educational, empathetic, and conversion-focused
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience in acne, dermatology, or prescription-based products
• Familiarity with UGC-style content and direct response marketing
• Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)

Working Setup

• Contract-based role
• Hybrid: Mostly remote, occasional in-person meetings/shoots in Makati
