We’re looking for a Paid Social Video Editor who knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives and fast.
If you live and breathe short-form content, understand what actually converts on paid social, and can keep up with a high-volume creative pipeline, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Create 10–15 high-performing video creatives per week for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit UGC-style content, ads, and variations optimized for conversion
- Stay on top of trends, hooks, and formats that drive engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to iterate quickly based on performance data
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of what works in paid social advertising
- Deep familiarity with current trends, formats, and storytelling styles
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Experience in healthcare or regulated ads is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, test-and-learn environment
Role Details
- Contract position
- Remote for now, it might transition to hybrid setup (1x-2x weekly in-office)
- Office location: Makati (TBD)
